A Compassionate Calling
The Nana Ama Ampadu-Tenkorang Foundation (NAAT Foundation) is a Christian, non-profit organization dedicated to supporting widows and orphans. Founded by Nana Ama Ampadu-Tenkorang, the foundation was established out of deep compassion and a strong desire to improve the lives of vulnerable individuals through care, support, and empowerment.
Born From Personal Experience
The founder's passion was shaped by personal experience, having witnessed the struggles her mother endured as a widow. This experience developed a lasting commitment to widows and orphans, which was expressed through consistent acts of giving during special milestones such as birthdays, Easter, and Christmas, where she reached out to offer support and hope.
Building Lasting Impact
During one of these moments of giving, she was inspired to establish a formal foundation to expand this impact beyond personal efforts. Today, NAAT Foundation is committed to restoring dignity, providing care, and empowering widows and orphans through meaningful and sustainable support programs that create lasting change in their lives.
